Orders and shipping fees
Free delivery if the order includes at least 6 x 19 L water bottles.
Free delivery if the order amount is EUR 100 or more.
Delivery fee EUR 3 if the order amount is EUR 99 .99 or less in Riga range. For deliveries outside Riga, there will be an additional delivery charge of 5 EUR

How Does Water Home Delivery Work?
Delivery
We deliver water to all districts of Riga.
Also to Rāmava, Jurmala (up to Majori), Piņķi, Mārupe, Kadaga and Baltezers.
Ordering process
Choose a delivery frequency, customize delivery dates/times, and choose bottles and accessories.
Delivery schedule
Delivery occurs on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 – 16:00.
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the delivered goods, you may return them to the courier at the time of delivery. If quality issues are noticed after the courier has left, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@ade.lv or calling 67288249. We will refund the money to the bank account used for payment within 2-5 working days.
The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery. However, this right does not apply if:
- The goods cannot be returned due to their perishable or consumable nature
- The goods were damaged after delivery
- The buyer has opened packaging that cannot be returned for health/hygiene reasons
- Other cases specified by law
